    You might have as well asked "if it is for defense, why don't you wear body armor and wield a pair of MAC-11 submachineguns?" Well, same reason why

    I say all the time, a gun won't save your life, but body armor will.

    S&W 686, Combloc rifles, EDC Star BM9, Black Powder revolver

    7 - lady at church a couple years ago made 'bowl' holders. Gave
    my wife and I each one - LOVE them on soup night!

    That seems like a project I may be able to accomplish.
